All photographs and/or film taken by Chrissy Lutzu Photography are copyright protected.
Chrissy Lutzu Photography if a client purchases images they may be reproduced for personal use (eg. wall hangings at home, facebook, blogs), however sale or publication in magazines, articles or any other media format without Photographer’s express written permission is a violation of copyright law. If images are wished to be used commercially, written permission must be requested via hello@chrissylutzu.co.uk detailing the intented use.
Should Chrissy Lutzu Photography agree to allow use of images, these must be credited and the website www.chrissylutzu.co.uk linked in any online publications.
Chrissy Lutzu retains Copyright of all images taken for a term of 200 years.
Client hereby agrees that Chrissy Lutzu Photography may reproduce, publish, exhibit, and otherwise use images for instructional or marketing purposes without payment of any additional fee from any subject. Chrissy Lutzu Photography will not name subjects unless they have consented verbally or in writing.

Payment
All physical products purchased online are made to order and therefore count as a personalised product. If you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you may do so within 48 hours of placing the order. To request a cancellation, please email hello@chrissylutzu.co.uk
The lead time for delivery is estimated at 10-14 days however this cannot be guaranteed due to external factors such as Royal Mail.
Digital downloads are non-refundable.
Payment is required at point of sale via Paypal
Client Photoshoots/Events
Chrissy Lutzu Photography will make every effort to obtain, but cannot guarantee delivery of, any specific images requested by client due to lack of control over other elements such as but not limiting too - its participants, weather, any rules or restrictions of the venue/location or officials.
If any member of Chrissy Lutzu Photography is exposed to unsafe conditions, objectionable or illegal acts, threats, violence or theft at an event, photoshoot or location, Chrissy Lutzu Photography reserves the right to take reasonable action to remedy such a situation, including but not limited to leaving the location.
In such event, Chrissy Lutzu Photography shall not be obligated to refund any of the fees paid by Client because of such action and reserves the right to seek compensation from the Client if required.
Other
Jurisdiction - The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement, and both parties here to consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Solicitor’s Fees - The prevailing party in any litigation or dispute involving this Agreement, or the Services performed there under, shall be entitled to recover reasonable solicitor’s fees, costs, and expenses arising from such litigation or dispute from non-prevailing party.
Assignment - This Agreement may not be assigned.
Choice of Law - This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England, notwithstanding its conflicts of laws provisions.
Waiver - This Agreement represents the complete and entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter herein, notwithstanding any oral or written representations to the contrary made before, during, or after its execution. Any amendments to this Agreement shall only be effective if made in writing that is executed by both parties hereto.
